Welcome to the Greater Philadelphia Alumnae Chapter.
We are a diverse and loyal group of women united through the powerful bond of sisterhood and friendship.

2010-2011 Calendar of Events

Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 6:30pm
Come grab dinner and a movie at the Movie Tavern in Collegeville, PA. We are tentatively planning to see "The Help", one of our former book club selections. However, this may change depending on the movie schedule.

Saturday, Oct. 8 at 10:30 am
Join us for a stroll through the gardens of Chanticleer in Wayne, PA, followed by a leisurely lunch with your sisters!

Friday, Nov. 11-Sunday, Nov. 13
Sign up for the Northeast Regional Conference in Baltimore, Maryland and reconnect with a weekend of sisterhood bonding. The event will be run by the Midatlantic and Northeast chapters.

Sunday, Nov. 20 at 11:30 am
Help us spread some Christmas cheer as we shop for a family in need. As usual, lunch (and ice cream) to follow! We will be meeting in the first floor food court in the Court at the King of Prussia Mall.

Sunday, Dec. 4 at 11:30 am
Join us for a potluck brunch at Frannie's house, and help us stuff Care Bear care packages for our local collegiates (proceeds to go to the Alpha Phi Foundation and other chariable causes). Donations of homemade cookies are much appreciated!

Saturday, Dec. 10 at 6:30 pm
Celebrate the holiday season with your sisters and loved ones (significant others welcome!). Potluck dinner and other fun planned. Please bring a $10-20 wrapped gift for the gift exchange.

Join your sisters and socialize with other fellow Greek alumnae at the annual Panhellenic Luncheon. We will be donating a basket for the auction, so please let us know if you have any great ideas or items to contribute! This year's event will be taking place at the Overbrook Country Club.

Wednesday, Mar. 28 at 10:30 am
Join us for coffee and dessert as we discuss some fine literature. Our selection is Still Alice by Lisa Genova. We we be meeting at Jackie's house in King of Prussia, PA.

Sunday, Apr. 29 at 11:30 am
Join us for a potluck brunch at Frannie's house, and help us stuff Care Bear care packages for our local collegiates (proceeds to go to the Alpha Phi Foundation and other chariable causes). Donations of homemade cookies are much appreciated!

The weather is great, and what better way to enjoy it than to roam the streets of the Big Apple with your sisters. Tentative plans include a visit to MoMa.
